Our tennis injury programs typically include a combination of heat and cold modalities to reduce pain and swelling, manual therapy to reposition and manipulate the affected joint and muscles, and tennis-specific strengthening, stretching and conditioning exercises. We also provide instruction for proper taping or bracing methods, and educate you on proper technique to reduce the risk of future injuries.
