Capital Area Physical Therapy and Wellness celebrates 10 years in business, invites public to open house in Malta office on 10/27/2023 from 5pm-7pm
Capital Area Physical Therapy and Wellness, launched in 2013 by Drs. Andrew Gaetano and Evan Marsh, is celebrating 10 years in business this Fall. The flagship office began in Malta, and quickly grew to several other locations including Queensbury, Saratoga Springs, Delmar, and a new location that recently opened at the Saratoga Senior Center.
“It’s a huge honor to be able to continue to serve our communities as our reach grows”, says Gaetano. “Our determination and focus come from the goal to make our communities and the entire Capital Area a better place to live, work, and play. It goes into every decision we make from hiring to expansion projects and community service.”
Capital Area Physical Therapy and Wellness staffs around 30 employees, including 16 physical therapists. Several of those therapists have specialty board-certifications in their field. “We’ve surrounded ourselves with great people who care about others and are constantly working to excel in their field, both clinically and non-clinically” says Dr. Marsh. “It’s been quite the life experience to watch the growth of not only the business, but also the individuals that have been a part of it.”
Over the past ten years, the company went from zero patients at the beginning to serving over 12,000 individuals in the capital region, and a network of around 1,000 referring medical practitioners. Also of note, the company has mentored over 80 student physical therapists in its tenure who have gone on to pass their board examinations and practice physical therapy themselves.
To celebrate the event, the company welcomes the public to an open house on Friday 10/27/2023 from 5pm-7pm at their Malta office, located at 7 Hemphill Place in Parade Ground Village.
