Neck Pain From Sleeping Wrong
It’s happened to everyone. You sleep in a funny position, and wake up with a stiff neck.
Maybe that stiffness lasts throughout the day. You head to work, and sit still at a desk in one position for most of the day, and then your stiffness and pain get worse. You start driving home and have a difficult time even turning your head to look at the oncoming traffic. You try a few stretches, maybe an ibuprofen or two, but nothing seems to give you any relief.
